At enConnect, we have access to the highest quality broadband available through the Openreach network, which makes it ideal for Voice over IP Calls. We will always put the highest quality line that is available. When putting in a new system on SIP we will always recommend a new line, and ADSL, and will provide a router along with full end to end management of the connection.

Fibre Broadband

Fibre – often referred to as FTTC – Fibre to the cabinet; is a higher quality of connection, which provides faster network speeds. The reason for this is that the green BT cabinets are being upgraded so that the connection back to the BT exchange is over Fibre rather than Copper. Running Voice over IP across Fibre is superior for a number of reasons, primarily the connection quality as mentioned above, but the higher upload and download speeds allow for the transmission of more calls per connection.
